If you would like to cancel your Retro subscription, please follow the instructions for the platform where you originally subscribed.
If you cancelled after your subscription renewed, please request a refund instead.

Cancel Through Your Device
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap [Your Name] at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose your Retro subscription from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Cancel Through Your Device
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your Profile Icon in the top-right corner.
Select Payments & Subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select your Retro subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Important Notes
Uninstalling the Retro app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription management and billing are handled directly by Apple or Google, depending on where the subscription was purchased.
