If your postcard hasn't arrived yet, don't worry — this is usually just a matter of mail delivery time. Here's what to know about how postcard delivery works.
How postcard delivery works
Once a postcard is printed and handed off to the postal service, it travels through the mail system on its own. Retro doesn't have real-time tracking after a postcard is sent, so we can't see its current location once it's in the mail.
All postcards are shipped from the United States.
How long delivery takes
Delivery time depends on the destination and the local postal service:
Domestic (U.S.) deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.
International deliveries can take several weeks, sometimes longer, depending on the destination country and its local postal service.
If it's been more than a few weeks — especially for an international address — the postcard is most likely still in transit. We hope it's a happy surprise when it finally arrives!
