Retro Premium Was Not Unlocked After Inviting Friends

If you believe you have invited enough friends to unlock Retro Premium but Premium has not been activated on your account, please contact the Retro Support team for assistance.

Invited friends need to finish the sign up process and meet the program criteria before they count, and sometimes the count takes a little while to update.

They must be brand new to Retro. Adding a friend already on Retro does not count.

If the invited friend deletes their account after creation, it will not count towards your number of referrals.
